Ingredients:

lb of peeled deveined shrimp - tail on
1 Large Onion
1
Large Bell Pepper
4
Minced Cloves of Garlic
1
Stick of Butter
Black
Pepper to taste
Red
Pepper to taste

tsp Olive Oil
Salt
or Adobo to Taste

In a large sautéing pan, heat olive oil to medium heat.
2-
Add onions, bell peppers, garlic. Cook for 3 minutes
or until onions and bell peppers are soft.
3- Add butter and shrimp to pan.
4- Sprinkle with Adobo and black pepper. Cook shrimp
until pink.
Serve
with Tostones, Mofongo, or Arañas.
