Piña Colada



4 ounces of Cream of Coconut
ounces of Pineapple juice
6 ounces of white rum or vodka
3 Cups of ice

1- Add all ingredients to a blender.

2- Blend until thick and creamy.

3- Garnish with a maraschino cherry, or a dash of nutmeg.

You can adjust the recipe to your taste: if you like coconut more than you like pineapple, go ahead and add a little more coconut!

Makes 4 servings.
