Marta, We are currently working on an interactive CD that you'll be able to run on your computer that will take you step-by-step through some of the most important Puerto Rican recipes! Included will be video clips of important steps that are easier to understand visually, than if you just read them from text. We hope to have it available by the Holidays, so check back for further information! Buen Provecho !

Your spices are absolutely the best....In New Orleans, there are so many different spices on the market, yours by far outdoes them all. Thank you for making your product available to everyone.

I just got off the plane about two hours ago after my first visit to Puerto Rico. I was heartbroken to leave San Juan this morning as I loved the country and especially the warmth and hospitality of the people. I have already found this website as I am determined to learn to cook good Mofongo and Tostones right here in Barbados. It's great to eat food like plantain and chicharron that I know my whole life and to be able to enjoy completely new recipies from a new island and culture. Right, that's it, I off outside with the machete to cut some good green plantains. Hasta la vista Puerto Rico!

I don't know the appropriate place to put this, but I just have to tell you that my son loves your show, he's only 22 months old today (5-14-02). He hears the music and dances, sees your smile and kisses you on the screen. It is the absolute cutest thing ever. He was only 2 pounds when he was born, so he's a little behind in development, but when he sees you, he just lights up. It's just wonderful and I just wanted you to know. Just got back from Old San Juan. Couldn't get enough of that mofongo! At E lJibarito, had a wonderful meatloaf! Think it was pork. The best ever, very light and subtle. Do you have a recipe? Also had a PR version of a kind of creme brulee. Holy cow! I'd love to make it. Thanks. We can't wait to get back.

My husband moved here from Fajardo, PR last year to marry me : ) We have to travel a minimum of 20 miles to have PR'an food unless we are invited to a friend's home. Does anyone know of any PR'an restaraunts in the central Florida area specifically, Longwood, Altamonte Springs, Casselberry...etc. My husband love Monfongo and you just can't get that at a Cuban cafe, which is all we are able to find. I guess I need to get on the ball and learn out to cook the good stuff. Please help!
